By installing or using the application, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of the application

The application provides digital tools for measuring and displaying surface inclination, level and angles, including sensor-based and camera-assisted measurement features.

3. Measurement limitations

Measurement accuracy depends on the device hardware, sensors, calibration, environment, placement, camera conditions and other technical factors.

The application is not a certified surveying, engineering, construction, aviation, medical or safety-critical measuring instrument. You are responsible for deciding whether a measurement is suitable for your intended purpose. For safety-critical or professional work, verify results using appropriate certified equipment and professional procedures.

4. License

PylypArt grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

5. Advertising

The free version may contain advertising provided through Google Mobile Ads or other disclosed advertising services.

6. Optional No Ads purchase

The application may offer a one-time Google Play purchase that removes advertising. The entitlement is associated with the purchasing Google Play account and is subject to Google Play's billing, restoration, refund and account rules.

A completed No Ads entitlement removes advertising from supported versions of the application. It does not transfer ownership of the application or provide rights outside the purchased entitlement.

7. Exports and shared content

You are responsible for content you choose to export, save or share from the application and for the destination to which you send that content.

8. Third-party services

Google Play, advertising, billing, consent and Android platform services are operated by third parties and may be subject to additional terms.

9. Availability and changes

Features may change as the application is improved, updated for new Android versions, or adapted to technical and legal requirements.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided without a guarantee that every measurement will be exact or suitable for every purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PylypArt is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on a measurement where independent verification would reasonably be required.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the application, services or applicable requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version.
