Privacy Policy

1. Overview

PylypArt respects your privacy. The application is primarily a local measurement tool. Core level, angle, inclinometer and camera measurement processing is performed on your device.

2. Sensor measurements

The application may use device motion and orientation sensors such as the gravity sensor or accelerometer to calculate level and angle measurements. These live sensor readings are processed locally on the device and are not sent by PylypArt to a proprietary server.

3. Camera

The Camera feature requires Android camera permission. Camera frames used for measurement are processed locally on the device.

A photo is saved or shared only when you intentionally use a capture, export or share function. Files prepared for sharing may temporarily be stored in the application cache and passed to an application selected by you through the Android Sharesheet.

4. History, favorites, calibration and settings

Measurement history, favorites, calibration information and application settings may be stored locally on your device. They remain under the control of the application and Android storage mechanisms.

Depending on the installed application version and Android backup settings, certain local application data may also be handled by Android or Google backup services. Device-specific calibration and other unsuitable state may be excluded from backup in supported application versions.

5. Export and sharing

The application may create text, CSV, PDF or image exports at your request. Exporting or sharing is initiated by you. Once information is sent to another application or service selected through Android, that third party processes the information according to its own privacy terms.

6. Advertising

Free versions of the application may display advertising supplied by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).

Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device information, IP address, advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, ad interactions and diagnostics as permitted by your device, account settings, applicable law and consent choices.

Where required, the application may use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent or provide privacy choices before advertising is requested.

7. Analytics and Google services

Some released versions of the application may include Google/Firebase measurement services. These services may process application, installation, device and usage information according to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies. PylypArt aims to limit third-party services to those required for the operation, distribution, monetization and maintenance of the application.

8. In-app purchases

The application may offer an optional one-time purchase to remove advertising. Payments are processed by Google Play Billing.

PylypArt does not receive your full payment-card details. Google Play may provide the application with purchase status and entitlement information required to confirm and restore the purchased feature.

9. Data retention

Local application information normally remains on the device until you delete it, clear application data or uninstall the application, subject to Android backup and restore behavior.

Temporary export files may be automatically removed or replaced. Information processed independently by Google or another third party is retained according to that party's policies.

10. Your choices

You can control your privacy in several ways, including:

• granting or denying Camera permission in Android settings;
• clearing application data or deleting locally stored history;
• choosing whether to export or share a result;
• using available advertising privacy options where applicable;
• managing advertising and privacy settings in your Google account.

11. Third-party services

The application may interact with services provided by Google, including:

• Google Play;
• Google Play Billing;
• Google Mobile Ads / AdMob;
• User Messaging Platform;
• Firebase or Google measurement services in applicable versions;
• Android system sharing and backup services.

Their processing of information is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

12. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application, its features, third-party services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest published version.
